Welcome to Pack 197! This year promises to be a time of fun and personal growth for the Scouts. While we work as parents and volunteer leaders, we will have the privilege of watching our sons continue their development into good citizens of the great country of ours. It is also our desire that they will exhibit good sportsmanship and exemplary moral character.
This program is not like others which you and your son may have participated in. Unlike sports clubs with short seasons, Scouting is a year-long program, dedicated to providing fun and exciting new experiences.
The key to this success is COMMITMENT. As a parent/guardian of a Scout, you must commit to regular attendance at meetings, participation, assisting your Scout in his advancement and cooperating with the rules of the Pack.
